FRANCIS KALALA came to the RSA in 2003 after ushering into stardom in Kinshasa within the group Les Moissoneurs. <\/em>In the land of Nelson Mandela, he will ne welcomed by the church The Sanctuary of the Heirs of Promises, and with his colleague Prince Mongali, he will grab the opportunity to boost the church\u2019s musical group.<\/em><\/span> <\/em><\/span> <\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/em>Inspired by the preaching of Apostle Gabriel Veyi, <\/em>the artist produced the album Ma saison,<\/em> which relished a great success and will be a topic of good testimony in South Africa, the DRC, and in Europe. Proof: Ma saison<\/em> was included among the albums nominated in the 2004 edition the Korah All Africa Music Awards in South Africa.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Thereafter, Francis Kalala will be wooed by the group Gospel records, which decided to produce him in a concert. As expected, this concert was a smashing success, since it was effected by a highly talented artist with the participation of renowned gospel musicians, including Mo\u00efse Matuta and Deborah Fraser, to name a few.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Soon after, once more under the inspiration of Apostle Veyi\u2019s preaching, the artist signed a production contract with the Maranatha company of Jean-Paul Tshiendela. It birthed the album titled Jubil\u00e9 <\/em>in 2007. The hit propelled Francis Kalala over the moon, with over 1000 CDs sold in 30 minutes during a worship at the church The Sanctuary, in Johannesburg. And, in 2008, he won the Perc\u00e9e Merit Awards trophy in the RSA.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The huge success that the artist enjoys has sparked a torrent of requests from the fans to book a live concert to the extent that his producer has authorized and shouldered the holding of this concert for next 04 April 2009, at the Sanctuary of the Heirs of the Promises. <\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, Francis Kalala has not performed a live concert in south Africa for a coupke of years because of the promotional tour he made in the DRC and Rwanda, during which he had to add ingredients in his choreography. <\/span><\/p>\n

He will be joined in this performance by Mamie Veyi, wife of Apostle Veyi, who not only oversees the congregation\u2019s mothers but also sings very well. And the apostle asks participants to carefully gear up for the event for this concert may turn from vigil of praises to miracle healings.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Good luck to Brother Francis Kalala.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span> <\/p>\n
